St Oswald's Church, Paddlesworth Church

A two-cell Norman church with a good high chancel arch with typical cushion capitals. The church was much restored in the nineteenth century. A small aumbry, thirteenth-century piscina and a good nineteenth-century altar add much to our enjoyment of this isolated building. A small hagioscope leads from the south-east corner of the nave into the chancel, indicating the former position of a side altar
